Nationally Validated Proficiency Testing

Pre-qualification is the key when hiring and placing new employees. Our proficiency testing, in combination with accredited BLS and ACLS courses, offers a comprehensive tool in maintaining employee compliance with regulatory agencies (JCAHO/DOA/OSHA). Our purpose is to determine the nurse or health care professional’s qualifications and skill level in their specialty; and, to know their capacity to utilize and apply their knowledge to deliver safe and effective patient care.

Background Testing and Drug Screening

The Quest Group performs extensive background checks and a 10-panel drug screen on all its employees. All licenses are verified and all employees are reported to the Texas Attorney General.
